Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags remain attached and the garment is in its original, unworn condition.
Affix Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
